"I am Sal Sabila Mahbub kanta working with organic food. I'm an entrepreneur owner of Grains and Greens and the Director of sylhet women chamber of commerce and Industry. Last November 2023, I participated in a TOT program organized by ILO on behalf of SWCCI. In March 2024, IPDS organized an SIYB training program, where I took on the role of a trainer for the first time. This experience allowed me to work closely with Indigenous entrepreneurs and gain new insights. In August 2024, I participated as a trainee in an IYB training program organized by SWCCI and supported by ILO .This training provided me with the opportunity to enhance my business, particularly in areas like costing and marketing plans. I also gained valuable information and knowledge from the BDS program, organized by SWCCI and supported by ILO. Additionally, after participating in E-Commerce-based training, I created a new website for my business. I am truly appreciative of ILO's support, and I feel proud to be a beneficiary of their initiatives."
