The Sylhet Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SWCCI) is an influential, well known and highly reputed organization, dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs in the Sylhet region. Established on 2015 with the goal of promoting gender equality and fostering economic growth, SWCCI provides a platform for women to network, collaborate, and access resources to enhance their businesses.

The executive committee consists of 9 directors, Vice President and the president. Every two years, this committee is elected by the members of the organisation. With the guidance of a capable president and effective leadership from the directors, the Sylhet women's Chamber of Commerce and Industry has made significant progress.
